The Challenge

A property development company required ongoing landscape maintenance for a newly built residential development in Mitcham.

The Solution

Operatives carried out a full litter patrol using biodegradable bags, followed by comprehensive lawn care using ride-on and walk-behind mowers, with all clippings collected and removed from site. Seasonal leaf clearance was completed using blowers and manual collection methods to ensure all areas remained clean and presentable.

The team also identified and removed dead and diseased plants using professional equipment, preparing affected areas for future replanting. Recommendations and costings for planting improvements were provided to the client.
