The Challenge

A private residential client in Epsom required a seasonal garden improvement service to prepare their outdoor space for winter after transitioning to self-maintenance.

The project presented access challenges, as all equipment had to be transported through a recently refurbished house, requiring careful handling to avoid damage. The garden itself had areas of overgrowth, including a large unmanaged shrub restricting light and affecting overall garden balance.

The team completed extensive pruning of overgrown trees, shrubs and climbing plants, including a significant reduction of a dominant overgrown bush using professional saws and loppers. This was strategically reduced to improve light penetration and restore long-term manageability.

Additional works included weed control, leaf clearance and final seasonal lawn mowing, ensuring the garden was left tidy and prepared for the colder months. All green waste and debris were thoroughly cleared using rakes, blowers and sweepers, leaving all surfaces clean and presentable.
