The Challenge

A private residential client in Epsom and Ewell required a light-touch garden maintenance and improvement service for an already well-maintained garden.

Although the garden was generally in good condition, it required refinement, re-shaping and minor restoration works, including lawn patch repairs and careful maintenance around sensitive areas such as irrigation systems and established planting beds.

The team completed lawn mowing and precision edging, followed by targeted lawn repair works, including soil aeration, decompaction, overseeding and application of fertiliser and organic matter to promote healthy regrowth. Guidance was provided to the client regarding ongoing watering requirements to support new grass establishment.

Flower beds and bulb areas were carefully hand-weeded, with particular attention given to protecting the existing irrigation system. Climbing plants were trimmed and controlled to maintain clear boundaries around doors and rooflines.

All works were carried out with a focus on detail, ensuring minimal disruption to the established garden structure.
