The Challenge

A commercial business centre owner required a grounds improvement service to address overgrown vegetation and declining site presentation.

Hedges were reduced and reshaped using professional cutting equipment, including pole pruners and loppers, with all overhanging growth cut back to boundary lines. All green waste was collected and removed using tipper vehicles.

Weeds growing within hard surfaces were manually removed, with a follow-up herbicide treatment plan scheduled to prevent regrowth and break the weed lifecycle.

Invasive plants such as brambles and bindweed were cleared, with root systems removed to minimise re-establishment.

All hard surfaces were cleaned using blowers and manual tools, ensuring a tidy and presentable finish across the site.
