Description of Work
Due to extremely wet weather conditions, lack of lawn aeration and proper feeding, the owner of this beautiful garden started having issues. These issues we patches of dead grass across the site. After initial soil tests and site evaluation we suggested, that lawn requires treatment program.
As agreed with client we initially carried out grass cutting, lawn edging, shrub pruning and weed spraying. Then 5 days later team returned to site, applied selective weed killer on lawn weeds as well as spread lawn salt to control weeds and boost the growth of grass plant roots.
Once lawn weeds and moss treatment taken an effect, Grass Barbers lawn care experts returned to site equipped with powerful lawn treatment machinery. Scarification was carried out to remove moss and thatch and we decided to use lawn plugger to improve drainage and allow nutrients to reach root systems.
We carefully mixed top dressing and lawn seeds, which was evenly spread throughout the lawns of rear garden. Then our operatives shared their knowledge and suggested best practices for client to maintain lawns in the future to avoid patches and how to ensure colour consistency throughout the whole lawn.
