Industrial estate, managed by property management company, was maintained by Grass Barbers commercial grounds maintenance team. Commercial grounds maintenance project in Croydon was to maintain a busy site, which is home of 8 active organisations. It had some landscaped areas consisting of lawns, shrubs, hard surfaces and fencing.
Our field team started visit by collecting litter and debris, grass cutting, leaf collection and shrub pruning. Some dangerous areas, especially lawns around car window company, required extra attention and security measures. Using mechanical brushes gardeners swept all hard surfaces and car parking areas.
Kerb lines had to be hand cleared in order to remove compacted soil and litter. PA1/PA6 licensed operator spot-sprayed weeds on pathways, which were peaking out of and cracks in hard surfaces. Team finished the visit by completing visit quality report, which was straight away delivered to client using our live project management software.
Once all done and duster gardening machinery and collected waste were safely loaded onto a van and waste transfer issued for waste removal operation.
