In case we need to deliver something to you
Products and Services Delivery Information
We process orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped the same day if your order is placed before midday. Please remember that most postal and courier services only deliver on working days (Mon-Fri).
All our items have a weight value; you pay for the combined weight of all items in the order. We keep all rates as low as possible and we never over-charge you for postage.
All parcels are packed with adequate protection and fragile items are sufficiently re-enforced to protect the item while in transit.
Due to our business nature, which is recycling electronics none of our shipments are insured and we do not offer insurance as extra service. If you do need your item to be insured whilst in transit, please arrange the shipment from and to our facilities using any of major logistics companies. Bear in mind that upon release of every order we are required to ask for the reference number and customer details to be confirmed otherwise the order will not be issued.
Please contact us for more information regarding the outside of Mainland UK shipment areas as additional charges may apply. This includes the Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Packaging Tips
Size – make sure the size of your box is appropriate to the content. Overloaded boxes may burst; under-filled boxes are likely to collapse.
Strength – be sure to choose boxes strong enough to hold the full weight of your consignment, made of corrugated cardboard and with good quality outer liners.
Cushioning – use materials such as bubble wrap, kraft paper and loose fill polystyrene to protect your item. Make sure you completely fill the box with packaging material, so there is no movement or space inside the box.
