Block Grounds Maintenance Project in Caterham CR3

Description of Work
This residential private block of flats managed by block management company is treated by fortnightly grounds maintenance visits. Due to location of the site, which is surrounded by mature trees and woodland, maintenance visit was focused on litter collection, leaf clearance, grass cutting.
Shrubs obscuring fence lines and ivy creeping up the tree trunks were major issues. This was a potential harm to trees if ivy would not have been controlled on time. We noticed nasty weeds were establishing their presence within lawns located around the main entrance to the building.
As a precaution and maintenance the PA1/PA6 trained Herbicide Application specialist sprayed selective herbicide to manage weeds in lawn area. Leaves were piled up and loaded to the van maintain the cleanliness of hard surfaces. Last but not least task of the visit was to sweep the bin storage area.
